Ice Skating

Im very Proud of my two Champions!!!!!

Jovanii and Shariita ice skating at very young age. Jojo was 5 years old and Shariita was 6. They started it for fun but came out to be champions in every competitions that they joined from 2000 to 2005 both local and international competitions. Jojo was thrice champion in Philippine National Youth Games patterend with that of the Olympics in Juvenile, Intermediate and Novice levels. But they have to stop because of tight academic competitions that they also competed in school and also of some financial difficulties. It's not really that easy to continue iceskating. You have to have fat wallets and bank accounts. They emerge champions thoug in academic competitions(math, science, Hekasi[History and Geography] and on the spot poster making contests. I know they miss ice skating. Jovanii is now into basketball, a varsity player in Ateneo de manila University. But Shariita continues to excell in math. My other grandson Shann Frey also excells in his own field. I heard he is good in snow boarding and soccer. Whew! What a happly grandlola I am really...

My daughters, my Partners

Magandang Araw, magandang simula......
More than a week na ng magsimula uli akong magmeditate. Akala ko nga hindi ko na kaya....tulad ng akal ko hindi ko na kayang buksan ang power of telepathy ko.Hindi pa nga lang as strong when I was young... 30years na rin ang nakaraan ng isara ko ito. Now I have to work on it again... Kaya masayang panimula!
I was sending messages to my daughter shanti to be open to my proposal early this morning. So when I opened the computer and log on to YM , I'm positive na that she'll listen and accept. Two days ago I wanted to offer it to her but Shariita stopped me so I let a day passed and talked to he in my mind. Everything went fine and smooth after I've written a long message to her before she noticed I was on line. Now we are partners.... weeks ago Shivanii my youngest daughter and her husband became also my partners in this homebased retailing e-load biz. While having a chat with her I got a call asking me to register her as a retailer. See I'm just home , sabi nga ni Shanti sa YM niya sa akin "sa papiso-piso malaki na ito later".Yun din ang usapan naman ni Shariita, ang piso-piso pagpinagsama-sama ay lumalaki.

Strumming Guitar

My, oh my! My Jojo is in to strumming guitar now. Well actually he enrolled in basic guitar when he was five years old but because we were too busy in ice skating he just fibish the 12 sessions and it was not followed up. I thought then that he was not into guitar playing. But this past days he picked up again his guitar and brought it to Ateneo where he asked his adviser to tune it for him. My.... he's learning it now by himself from the internet. Really technologies now are so advance I asked him if he still wants to enrol in guitar lessons. He said he can learn it from the internet for the meantime he's busy in school. He's starting to be in to music. I was joking him months ago about his "singing career" (Shariita sings best) because he started recording and singing rock music and other pop music on his cel phone. Now my Jojo is not just a champion ice skater, center-rebounder basketball player, and an artist, he's a musician, too! Keep it up my son... I'm always proud of you! Whew!!! Masayang Grandlola talaga ako!!!!!!!!

Bead Jewelry Making

Last Saturday, Shariita was asking me some tips in jewerly making. She wanted to start making fashion bead jewelries she can sell to friends and classmates. I asked to ready the tools and materials she wanted to use for her project. So she took my chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers, double-cup or single-cup bead tip, beads, flexible twisted wire needles and nylon . Flexible twisted wire needles have large eyes that collapse as you pull the cord through the beads and are availble in several gauges from light (2-3mm beads) to heavy(8mm-large beads. Shariita said she wanted to start with the basic, stringing beads with cord by using either nylon or silk. She opted for nylon.I told her she can make a self made needle on thicker cord by coating an inch of the end with instant glue. The cord could be doubled or single. So if doubled, begin with a piece about five times the lenght of the final necklace if your making a necklace. But if you are strining with a single cord, use a lenght two and a half times longer. String the cord on the needle and pull it halfway through, so the needle is at the very center of the length of the cord. Now attach clasps and finish strands, beading cord is knotted two or more times and glued so it will not eventually untie.Unsightly knots must be hidden by using one of two kinds of knot covers( double-cup or single-cup bead tip)which works best for light necklaces, Heavier necklaces are strongest when finished with cones. So there she enjoyed her Saturday doing simple bead jewelries. Next Saturday she wanted to do some bead weaving.

Earning semi-passively

Your masayang grandlola is very happy again! My friend came to visit in the morning with good news. He just had a free treatment from Dra Belo for his extremely sunburned skin and he had just purchased a condo unit near the airport. I'm happy he is taking my advice seriously. He actually bought a house in a class A subdivision and he uses it very seldom. So I told him he should have bought a house or a condo for rent where his money will earn since he is seldom here. His family is in Germany. So there he bought just bought a unit and very happy thanking me.
I'm proud of my daughter Shariita for earning passively from her cel phone. She was very creative when she started selling e-loads to her classmates. She texted them if they want to buy load from her and help the projects of CoopCentral for its livelihood and housing programs for the poor. And there more and more of her classmates and friends of her classmates are buying loads from now. She earns 12% from eloading while I earn 2% from the loads my retailers are buying from me. Di ba masaya, nasa house lang ako and I'm earning semi-passively(Isn't that nice earning money just sitting in the house?) My goal now is to get 1000 retailers. How? Just visiting friends or chatting with them over the phone and encourage them to join while helping people in need of help.
What about you? Want to help our Filipino brothers and sisters in need of help? You can just contact me or call. Tara na..... lets all join hands to fight systemic poverty in our country!!!!!

My telepathy and the value of money

I'm so happy last night. Iwasn't expecting my telepathy is still working. I was thinking of my honey and picturing him in my mind and how I badly needed money when he called up last night about 6:30 telling me he had deposited some in my account. I couldn't believe it, because I was also thinking and talking to my daughter Shanti in my mind about how badf our financial situation was when she called up right after my Honey called up and she too was remitting some money for me. Hindi ba napakasya ko naman.... By the way my daughter Shanti is in Japan with her son Shann Frey and my Honey is in Singapore.
Eloading or retailing e-loads for for different networks helps my grand daughter Shariita pay for her daily allowance. That's great! At her age(14) she's already earning and learning the value of earning and saving. She''s so hipper about her income because she now knows that her 100 pesos capital earns better than the money she had put in the bank months ago. Now she's asking me how she can put money in mutual funds and coop and money markets.
Masayang grandlola talaga ako kasi at her early age nadedevelop ko na sa kanya ang value of money.

masayang grandlola
